Login / RegisterHow can I change the tariff?
Log in to your account on the website. Go to "Contracts", scroll down to your tariff information and find the action "Switch Tariff" right next to the tariff information.
Please note that tariff changes only become effective at the end of the respective tariff runtime. The respective date is shown during the tariff switch process.

Which packages can I book in addition?
You can book the available packages as shown in your contract dashboard.
Additionally, you can view the available package on the tariff page before the registration.
How can I terminate a package?
You can terminate packages with an indefinite run-time in the contract dashboard. To terminate the package, you need to navigate to the contract section on the Web portal. Here, you can see your active packages and can press "Manage Subscription". In the pop-up you can press "Cancel my subscription".
Note: Some packages have a fixed run-time from the beginning. In this case the end-date is directly shown in the contract dashboard at the package.
